I was trying to order flowers for our wedding anniversary, and was out of town at the time (way out of town). Called Betty's, as I have dealt with them before, without issue. Although they didn't have what I was looking for available (which I understand), when I asked if they could refer me to another florist locally, her answer was a rude 'No'. I asked again, since I was about 800 miles away if she could help. Again, 'No'. They have just lost a potential lifetime customer. RS

What a find in the West Suburban area! The arrangements are beautiful no matter what the occasion and we've ordered for just about all including weddings. Freshness is a main concern and these have never arrived looking half wilted as from others. They last into weeks not just days depending on the flowers. Creativity is the bonus here as is designing from a picture as for my daughters wedding. Tell Betty you saw it reviewed in the yellow pages when you go. She'll do wonders for you too.
